Building a Video Content Library

A steady supply of professional product focused videos in various lengths and formats for different platforms and uses… doesn’t that sound like a marketers dream? That is what TimelyCare was dreaming up when they came to us at Genius House.

It turned out both of our dreams came true with a partnership to film narratives at six universities and produce one 5-7 minute case study and three testimonials from each location. From California to Colorado, Virginia and more, we had an agressive schedule, but our work was cut out for us, as we are built for travel shoots and turning around multiple deliverables efficiently. Collaboration with the client was the key as interview schedules, shoot days and post-production strategy came together.

TimelyCare is the leading health and wellbeing solution for students, and so this series of videos showcased university leaders, counselors and students sharing their experience with the service. Differing perspectives included personal narratives around mental health, unique challenges faced by different types of schools, and just how virtual health and wellness in higher education creates healthier campuses. Capturing the value TimelyCare brings to the university system and the student users was the goal and we were able to deliver.

The initial campaign included 24 videos, which we delivered throughout 2023, and all of the footage is safely archived here at Genius House and available for future repurposing and additional requests. The content is used throughout their website, across social platforms, and in sales meetings.
